From My Mother's Tropical Garden
 
Known as pennywort, Centella Asiatica, with its small, round or kidney-shaped leaves, has a long history of use in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, and in cosmetics. Moulded using Art Clay Silver which, when fired, magically transforms into pure silver, this pennywort leaf is presented on an 18" sterling silver curb chain. Patina was used to highlight the beautiful, tiny details of the leaf structure.

About Seadragon Silver
I was born in the Year of the Dragon according to the Chinese zodiac, and I love creating simple, sleek jewellery. I use a lot of seaglass, most of which we find along the beautiful beaches of the North Norfolk coast here in England, as well as beautiful semi-precious gemstones, surfite, Fordite and dichroic glass.
